My scan has been going for over 3 hours 15 minutes. I has found 2 infections. Is there any way to see if the scan is almost complete?

Malwarebytes doesn't provide such option. This program is not very user friendly.

There is no need to run a full scan. A quick scan is designed to catch all the malware. Stop the program and do a quick scan.
