Según algunos traductores, quiere decir víctima, desvalido, desamparado... pero a la hora de aplicar esa traducción a algunas frases de canciones, no me cuadra el significado. En Raise Your Glass de P!nk, por ejemplo, ella dice:
- So raise your glass if you're wrong in all the right ways all my underdogs we will never be anything but... etc.
Y en Underdog de You Me At Six dicen:
- Underdog, just look at the mess you made. It's such a shame.
Entonces, ¿vosotros qué decís que es underdog? ¿Y cuándo se debe usar? ¿Es que es algo informal, como el ain't?
