I rec. an Honorable Discharge for a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) after being hit in the back by a Drill Seargent who used a steel pot. I have been fightint the friggin' VA for 37 years. They still say that they need mor evidence. Go Friggin' figure! I have had back problems and conditions ever since. I file all the paperwork on time everytime! And still the same old answer. These SHITS have even gone as far as to tell me not to contact them again!! That it will still be a NO!! I have contacted attorneys that need thousands of dollars up-front to even consider the claim. And even our fine up-standing congressman (Randy Naugebauer) who is also worthless as crap!! There is no one that will even look at my evidence that I have. I even have a dictated letter from the VA stating that there is no proper paperwork in my file for any discharge. BUT on my DD-214 that I have it plainly states HONORABLE DISCHARGE !! So like I said GO FRIGGIN" FIGURE!!! So is there any more advice out there that I can ad to my file? Fiddler
