Apostolic and Pentecostals?
Im an apostolic penticostal and im looking to start courting but theres a problem. Ive met a few girls who were really nice but they were fornicaters. and turns out a lot of younger girls (im 21) are like that in many apostolic pentecostal churches. I found a girl i really liked cuz she had standards and follows what my pastor preaches but she likes someone else. So I wana know why a lot of apostolic pentecostal women are carnal and can not keep standards? it bothers me. Not saying any of the guys are any different though. id be wrong in saying that.

I understand your frustration. I cannot speak for others, but I can say that *some* people do not have a strong enough desire to live right.
No matter what, we *must* live right---even when others are doing wrong.

I myself am a Oneness Pentecostal, but I am a Oneness Pentecostal only in belief regarding God's nature; they have it right. But regarding their teachings about salvation and holy living, I do not adhere to these. I teach that salvation is by the Holy Spirit and by the blood of Jesus and holy living is only attainable by having the Holy Spirit.
Matthew 6:33, "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."
I hope that you keep your eyes upon Jesus. Follow Jesus and when you have been prepared by God to be husband and father; God will bring to you that very one he has in mind for you.
Please try to understand that we are all sinners. I admire you for not fornicating but I'm sure that there's an area of your own life where you have sinned as well. People have strengths and weakness. Please don't judge. Just try to value people for the good in them and pray for the bad in them. That's what Jesus did. Try to do as He did. Jesus couldn't change mankind so he sacrificed Himself so mankind could be redeemed. Don't try to change people because only they can change themselves. God wants us to practice, as best we can, to do his will and pray for forgiveness when we can't. So don't kick these people to the curb who sin, I'm sure there are other good qualities they have and maybe you could benefit from having them in your life. He places people in your path for a reason and those people may not all be saints. Try to remember that. Good luck and may God bless you.
