Had the two lived during the same time periods, I'd say they would have been equal in scientific intellect. but I think I would still give that edge to Einstein in Einstein's era, because only he could have conceived the whole Theory of relativity and Modern quantum theory thing. But I'm sure Aristotle would have understood what he was talking about.
