There should be 4-8 gals ranging from age 19 to 25 for an upcoming party. The bride-to-be is 21, loves dancing, music, wine, and girly stuff. (she's gluten intolerant though). The bachellorette party is being held in Portland Oregon on a Saturday night. Transportation is no problem but the budget for the night isn't huge.
