I was caught stealing from Walmart when I was 16, I didn't give them my social, and I gave them my friends address and they wrote down I had brown hair and green eyes. I'm now 18 my hair is blonde, my eyes turned blue over the years..it sounds weird, but it happend lol, I think it was bc of lightening hair, I'm not really sure. But would this show up on a background check, since I didn't give them my social & cops weren't involved or anything..?
