bags under eyes?
i am 23 and and in the last few years i have notice thati have droppy skin at my cheek bones around my eyes are ok its just at my cheeks
.is this what people call dark cirles or eye bags am can i get cream 2 fix it

Use an under eye conceler to cover up the dark circles.
If its puffy then its bags and you can use either cucumber slices, or cold packs to help reduce the swelling or you can use preparation H which will help alot. It if it dark circles and not actually bags then there is special cream that helps to fade that area, you just have to go to the beauty counter at a drugstore, you'd also be able to pick up some concealer there as well.
Put 2 spoons in the freezer along with your eye cream for 10 minutes. Then put the spoons on your eyes and then put the eye cream on and this will depuff the problem.
