I'm 16 years old and a guy.
I'm really looking so start working out, and I need an easy workout I can do everyday that will burn calories and help me loose weight fast.
Also, I need an easy accessible diet that will help me achieve my weight loss goal.
Anyone have any answers or solutions?

Hey man!
This really depends on how much time you want to spend and if you go to the gym.
Presuming you dont want to spend ages and dont go to the gym -
To work on your arms do a mixture of bicep and tricep exercies....
-Press ups
-Tricep dips
-Chin ups
-get some weights.... do Bicep curls and hammer curls (google image if confused) do 3 sets of 8 reps of the heaviest weight you can bare. This will increase muscle growth.
Do this every other day.
Working on your abs .....
- Go running or cardio (makes you out of breath) to loose stomach fat.
-Crunches
-Leg raises
-Oblique crunches
-Side crunches

Overall fitness, as your goal is weight loss ...
-Try to go running a couple of times a week. Make sure that you are out of breath. Have short bursts of running fast and then slow down again. This really works on your stamina and overall fitness.
-For dieting, Avoid fatty, unhealthy foods as much as possible.
.Seeing as you want to get bigger muscles try to have plenty of protein. If you want to get ripped buy some protein shakes and drink after every time you have an arm work out.

Need much more info... Like: weight, height, what excersise equipment if any do you have access to, and what you are doing for exercise currently, and what your weight loss goal is
Next: loosing weight quick isn't healthy and you will just gain it right back.

Be honest, you don't really have a specific tangible goal! Also, if you were serious you would have already started exercising rather than "looking to start"!
