what r some basic stretches i can do to get ready for my celtic class? i want to be more prepared, thanks!
1.Sit on floor with legs in second. Reach your hands to your toes on right and left side. Try to get nose to knee, too.
2. Stick legs in front of you while sitting down. Reach your hands to your toes and hold.
3. Sit on floor in second. Keeping your legs turned out push your stomuch to floor.
4. Holding splits
5. Stand up with feet together. Reach down and hold(knees not bent)
6. Stand up with legs spread apart. Touch your right foot and then left and then put both hands in the middle.

The butterfly stretch.
Calfe stretch.
Achilles tenon stretch.
touch your toes.
