So I made a schedule for my 8 month old bearded dragon so this is how it is
10:00 Wake the lizard up and turn the lights on
10:30 feed him crickets or mealworms
1:00 feed him vegetables
4:30 feed him insects
10:00 close the lights
What can I do to improve it or is it good and also I will be giving him baths on weekends and take him out of the cage everyday

It all sounds good but I would wait at least an hour after turning the lights on to feed him that way he has time to warm up and he can digest his food good. As for the vegetables you can probably just leave those in the tank that way he can eat them whenever he wants. Just change them out if they get spoiled. Also during the summer i would run a 14/10 schedule instead of a 12/12. Leaving the lights on 14 hours a day. So instead of turning them off at 10pm turn them off at 12am , etc. according to your own schedule. Then in the winter run a 12/12. It simulates the natural light cycle. I do this with my beardie. Other than that it sounds good! Have fun with your beardie. :)
