Ya, ya, de Alpine Village in Torrance has a store that sells de steins. Dats de only one I know in LA. There's also a couple shops in de cute little Danish village of Solvang, ya fer shure.
Seriously, this is a tough one. I used to like to shop for steins, but those stores tend to be specialty stores in specialty areas. And Googling "stein" and "Los Angeles" gets you a bunch of (Jewish) jewelers, nothing to do with tankards at all.

Old World in Huntington Beach has a store that sells them.
I've never been, but Alpine Village in Torrance probably sells them too.
