First of all, before you start saying that I'm just getting old: I'm 17. I get a good night's sleep every night, in fact, I often sleep for like 10 hours in a night. I work out 6-7 times a week, take my vitamins, as well as omega 3/6 pills everyday. Yet I recently got these circles under my eyes! Could a 700-1200 daily caloric intake along with my lifestyle be causing this? Or maybe stress?
Idk, please help? :]

it may also be a result of wiping off makeup. when removing eyemakeup, extreme care is needed to ensure no stretching of the skin is caused. try to use eyemakeup remover and not wipe too hard.
Only 700-1200 Cals daily!!! And 6-7 times workout in a week!!!
You are taking more pills than real food...lol
I think you should slow down, you are burning more Calories than intake, so there is less energy available for regeneration, repair and maintenance ...this is the same effect as less sleep (which is same as less time for regeneration and repair)... I hope you are getting the point.
Take a week or two off all physical activities, and just chill and eat whatever you like (I am sure you eat healthy stuff). Things will be back to normal.
Take care
Stress, diet, and genetics all play a part in that. 6 to 7 times a week of exercise is too much. Try toning it down to four times a week. You're putting stress on your body by not letting it rest from the exercise.
Genetics, stress, diet, and makeup/skincare are factors. If one of your parents or grandparents have dark circles, then yours are a result of theirs and you must use makeup to conceal. Stress and lack of sleep make your eyes puffier. Diet can make them darker and look more sunken in if you dont consume enough healthy fats and vitamin d. Bad treatment of your skin like exfoliating too often or going to bed with makeup on makes them bigger.
Stress, genetics and diet.
eye shadow causes dark eyes.........
