I am totally convinced that "The Deal" is the best episode, i laughed soo much!!! i found something about this episode in wikipedia, so you can know which one i am talking about:
"The Deal"
Elaine and Jerry renew their sexual relationship after coming across a soft-core pornographic film, but, to protect their friendship (which Jerry refers to as the "this" between himself and Elaine), they set ground rules for their future escapades (the "that"). They pride themselves on having finally come up with the perfect template as friends with benefits(which include "no phone calls the day after" and "spending the night is optional"), though George doubts that their deal can work...

"The Opposite" is an episode that always sticks out in my head.
Kramer and Neuman decide to start a rickshaw business in New York City and a homeless guy they are recruiting to pull it, steals it from them.
Later a guy at Elaine's workplace with a heroin problem that J Peterman forces Elaine to help go cold turkey, gets clean and walks out into the street only to be run over by the rickshaw.

guess who was right!!!!
The one where Kramer adopts a highway and Newman screams like a little girl when the truck catches on fire...
The shrinkage episode was good too...I HATE George.
Remember the first one? I thought that was funny. Jerry met that girl and he didn't know if she was trying to be romantic or not. It was funny!
When Kramer becomes the AZZ MAN!
Im thinkin either Assman or Soup Natzi
either the one where jerry tries to dump his gf and try to get with her roommate
or the one when elaine has friends who are the exact opposite of jerry, george and kramer
