In your experience, what has been the best UNDER EYE primer that you have used?
Even with or without moisturizing, my concealer has a habit of settling in my lines. I've also tried line-fillers (by MAC), but no luck. I always moisturize and wait for it to get absorbed before putting anything else on.
I have tried:
BeneFit's Stay Don't Stray: too thick and drying, can be cakey
Bare Escentuals, Smashbox, and Urban Decay: Their eyelid primers are great, but not great for under eye: too dry
Spehora's: it's OK for now
I saw a new one for Smashbox, but is only exclusive at ULTA.
The concealer I have now is Sue Devitt's BioLuminescence (to be discontinued) which is by far the best liquid concealer. I've also tried and liked MAC's Studio Finish SPF Concealer, but it seems like it only works best when wearing only MAC foundations. I've tried numerous concealer sticks: Sue Devitt and Urban Decay gets too cakey even before I could put finishing powder on it.
Update:@Jewlee...yes, I have...too drying for undereye but great for the face...I use Smashbox Photo Finish Light as my face primer.

Have you tried using Smashbox Photofinish face primer under your eyes? That works for me at least.

You dont need under eye primer you need under eye setting powder ! E.l.f has a good cheap onee!! And if you dont like the e.l.f one use the Laura Mercier Translucent setting powder! You need setting powder not finishing powder hahaa.(:
