Hello-
I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder 5 years ago.
This last year has been one of the most difficult years in my life.I started by having racing thoughts (even during sleep) which got progressively worse to the point that it just feels like "static or white noise". Also, when I'm out, the sensory input feels like too much as well. I'm currently attending University and I'm finding it impossible to study. Does anyone out there has felt this way?
Thanks

You may not have Bipolar alone, I'm Schitzoeffective- that means Schizophrenic and Bipolar both fully and I always have racing thoughts to a point where I have insomnia because my brain never shuts off. Maybe you should check out Schizophrenia and see if you may have it.
Well, my mother has never complained of that and she's Bipolar... but I've felt like that where all I hear and feel like is in a white noise/static-y feeling. But, I'm Schizophrenic. It may be a symptom of Bipolar, I don't know.
Talk to a doctor about it. They can help you.
