ok so now I'm thinking that Gin Ichimaru is waiting to make his move on Aizen, he's looking for his weakness, who's with me?
I personally hate that evil bastard for cutting Hiyori in half from behind, but after this chapter I'm thinking he's on the good side.
Reasons:
1. He was never really shown himself to be merciless like Aizen. He just gives off this evil aura, but it's hard to figure out what his real thoughts are. All the bad things he has done where to gain Aizen's trust IMO.
2. When Rangiku showed up, he took her to a different location, so that Aizen wouldn't hear their conversation.
3. When he pulls his sword out on Rangiku, the scene cuts off, and then returns when Rangiku is already of the floor and Gin is jumping off the roof. Why did the author cut this scene off? if Gin was really going to cut down Rangiku, it'd be an important scene worth showing.
I'm guessing that a secret conversation went on between the two, but the author is choosing to conceal it for a bit longer. Gin pretended to cut down Rangiku, so that Aizen wouldn't hurt her.
Well that's my opinion, let me know your guys' opinion. The best thought out opinion gets 10 points.
Update:and when Rangiku asks what he's doing with Aizen, he gives her a vague sort of just trust me answer.

i think thats a good theory. those kinds of twists seem to happen often in the bleach story haha. although it sometimes makes readers thoroughly confused, it also makes everything more exciting :P did u see ichigo at the end of the chapter? judging by the blood dripping down his chin, i guess his fight to learn the ultimate technique isnt going so well.. but im sure he'll come crashing in to save the day like he always does haha
After analyzing the final financial ruin, and looking out out that this degree of Zengetsu will do away with Ichigo's powers perpetually , I could say that i replaced into exceedingly a great deal taken aback . I propose , it purely looks so unhappy that this would take place to Ichigo after each little thing he went by . and prefer somebody else reported , his dad lost his powers too, would he incredibly enable his son could flow by that ? whether I do have self assurance that possibly his dad knew that city of Karakura replaced into extra considerable and the lives of his friends have been extra invaluable to Ichigo , then to maintain his powers . i'd decide for to have self assurance that the sequence won't end right here , that a manner or the different Urahara is making plans something so as that Ichigo won't perpetually lose his powers , yet in step with probability purely temporarily . Beside's , i'm nonetheless waiting for some IchiRuki action (;
