Blood in my retainer?
I have had my braces off for a few months and have only worn my retainer for a few weeks, My orthodontist reminded me about wearing it and I put it on lat night. My teeth(as expected) have been sore all day and I just put in my retainer and it immediately filled up with blood. Is this normal?

No, this isn't normal. If you've not been wearing it for a while then your teeth are going to move back to their original position. Then, when your retainer does go back in, it will push your teeth around and it will be painful (causing the blood). This could seriously damage your mouth, see a dentist.
