Brushin' My Braces!?
Im close to being 20 and I have braces... They are fine since it is summer..
Well when Im at college all day long (it is a community college) and occasionally I will snack from time to time, I wont be able to brush my teeth like Im suppose to...
Id hate to use a public restroom because they are too nasty to bush my teeth in... plus its kinda embarrasing if anyone walks in!! LOL
Can I just rinse my mouth out with mouth wash? If so, what is the best kind of mouth wash to use? I dont want my teeth to rott out! Please, any advise?!?
Also what am I suppose to do when Im out with like my boyfriend to eat or whatever, how am I suppose to brush my teeth??

I had braces almost 15 years ago and I don't think much has changed with having them... I didn't brush my teeth during the day but I did use a mouth wash during the day. Your teeth will not rot you will be fine.. lol
You can use any type of mouth wash of your choice. I used to feel weird about brushing my teeth in public but you see more and more people doing it. I have become very comfortable now and you should be cool...
If you are still unsure make contact with your ortho and they will give ton of advice.
brushing ur teeth is a must speciallly with persons having braces, but doing this twice a day (night and morning) is quit enough, dont bother urself, u can eat whatever u like except spme restrictions for sticky food, high sugar stuff (specially frequently), extra hard stuff (to avoid displacement of braces) for proper brushing technique, contact me
As long as you brush them at least twice a day, you will be fine!
