I am authorized to live in the US, but I do not have a Social Security number or a California/US license.
May/Can I gamble in Vegas?

Your passport maybe needed to prove you are over age 21.
You don't give enough details though. Are you over 21? If you are then you may have to show your passport to prove that you are over 21. Under 21 you can't gamble no matter where you are from.
