how often do ultrasounds—or their readers—get the gender wrong?
im 27 weeks i had ultrasound 3D, the doctor told me that it's a boy but i did,'t see the penis or the scrotum
Anyone been told that they were having a boy but ended up having a girl?

They of course can be wrong - the only thing that's guaranteed is birth
20 weeks is a very good time to tell the babies gender. At 27 weeks your baby is about 2 lbs and 14 inches long or so. I don't thing anyone can mistake the gender then. Girls have three lines and boys have a turtle. With a 3D the tech saw even more of your boys parts. I have never heard of a 20 week being wrong, much less a 27 week. Be happy, you are having a boy.
