So, my little sister took the iPod and i haven't seen if for the past week, then i finally got her to admit she had lost it. I have a 2 year warranty on the iPod touch, but does these warranties replace lost items?

No, the only way u might get it back is if u fill out a lost/stolen police report but I'm pretty sure u don't want to rat out ur lil sis. That's the only way apple may honor the warranty and possibly want to keep customers.
Of course not. Warranties cover product performance, not customer failures.
No, that is ridiculous! a guarantee is to guard the client from a defective product. otherwise, any time one had to get a product unfastened, all one might want to do is dig up a receipt out of the trash someplace, and declare the article as misplaced.
Probably not.
