Hi! I recently became a guide (vetter) for ChaCha. For some reason, it will not let me login to ChaCha underground. I have access to the universe and to Search U, but nothing underground. This is really annoying, because I don't want to keep working and seeing the money add up if I can't even log into the underground to get paid or see how much I've made. Can anyone help me? I have emailed ChaCha twice but no response. Ugh!
