Car Sound System/ Subwoofers?
I own a 2000 Honda Civic LX. I'm looking to get some subs but I don't know what i should be looking for. I don't know if i'm going to need new speakers to support the subs. Its an alright soundsystem, standard, the one that came with the car. I don't want the best of the best when it comes to subs, but i want to feel it in my belly hahaha! Whats a good sub to look for? what watt? do i need an amp/ new soundsystem. Tell me everything you know. Thanks.

if its the stock system your either going to have to get a new head unit or a wire splitter for the rca plugs on the amp. then your going to have to get an amp. depends on what kind of power you want i would recommend an amp with about 750 watts and a sub with about 1000 watts
Alpine Type-R SPR-17S - Car speaker system is a great set of components. Make sure you power them to the recommended wattage. Unfortunately, most amps that can push at least 110 watts at 4 ohm's are more expensive than these speakers. I am running a set off of these only using 55 watts rms and they sound great. Clear and accurate.
confident that is obtainable to imstall a valid device in any vehicle, and those that don't appear like they could be put in on there is usually a manner. distinctive the greater cutting-edge automobiles the bezel around the radio/heter vents if there oftentimes pops off with a flathead screwdriver.
