My sisters first child is starting pre-k this year. My sister is having to work extra hours at work this week so she can save up enough money to buy her nice school clothes. I am going shopping with them and I told my sister I would gather up a list of stores for her. What are some of the best places to get good clothes for cheap. No need to be name brand. We will go to Walmart and Target. I know TJ Maxx has good prices and I told we should even try Goodwill. Any other suggestions? Help would be so appreciated!

Marshalls And Ross Are Really Good Too (:
Look at used kids' clothes stores also, on craigslist, and for garage sales throughout the year. Lots of people will practically give kids' clothes away since they outgrow them so fast.
But don't worry too much about the clothes. The girl is only in Pre-K, and those kids are not old enough to judge "nice clothes" from "ratty clothes." Children that age don't have a concept of social class or forming cliques, so it won't help the daughter any. It would just be for the mom, to impress other moms.
Target, TJ Maxx, KMart, Thrift Stores (sounds gross, but can be REALLY cute!). Also, maybe try going to Salvation Army. It sounds kinda disgusting :| but it has some cute used items. Also, you can get brand names for cheaper on eBay. Good luck :) Hope this helps!!!
