I have a really physical job that requires a lot of upper body strength and I was thinking of incorporating creatine or protein powder into my diet to help me gain strength and muscle. I'm wondering which would be better to take and why?
thank you!
Update:I'm not looking to lose weight. I'm trying to build more muscle and bulk up

Don't take Creatine, unless you are going to the gym and working out, Whey Protein should work for you, mix it with water if you want to get lean, or milk if you want to gain weight. If you get a Whey Protein with BCAA's in it, it will speed up recovery time and help you build muscle as well.
ok in the beginning creatine is nearly a steroid so i does not propose that u ought to do some million HOUR OF cardio earlier weight guidance your no longer in uncomplicated terms gonna bulk up in 3 months if ur searching for organic muscle yet whilst u desire that synthetic crap then bypass forward yet i'm 15 and that i'm doin fairly stable....its all on your weight loss application, SLEEP, And cardio for fat burning, and attempt to no longer be under pressure out alot whilst you evaluate that interferes with muscle boost... yet you need to do cardio save a delicate weight loss application and save up along with your sleep get 8 hours of sleep everynight. i play foot ball and that i might say im fairly healthful so if theres any questions purely e mail me
