you don't think public schools aren't nothing but a daycare for our children while we are to busy off chasing that dollar? i believe in private schools, home schools or no schools at all. public schools teach of mans wars and money money money. what about God's wars, what about the fruits of the Spirit i would much rather have that than money. i wish i could have just a 1/10th of the heart of Christ. but please don't tell me that we don't send our children to a daycare cause that is all that public schools are and they can't even teach about God or Christ just man and money

I agree that public schools are not being held to the standard that they should be.
It would be nice if we could only have private schools that follow God. If we have private schools then you are going to have to have Christian, Catholic, Hindu, Buddhist, Scientologist, Wiccan, and who knows what else. If you don't, you are probably going to cause the next world war. If you have to divide schools like that, no one is going to understand the other religion and probably cause ignorance and maybe another world war.
As a Christian myself, I would love for the whole world to be one too. But the reality is, you can't force it on anyone. All throughout history people have tried this, with bad results.
I think it is more important to teach a child what religion they should be at home and show them how they can react to the ungodly world around them. You can take them to a private school or home school, you are not being forced in to public schools. That is what's great about living in a free country. I had a public school education, my parents brought me up as a Christian, and I wouldn't have had it any other way.
They teach math and history and English grammar, (in which you seem to need a lesson,) and *gasp* science! How evil of them to teach actual academics instead of religious doctrine!
So you plan on doing your children a disservice by home schooling them and teaching them nothing but God? Well, if you want them to live in a cardboard box when it comes time for them to get a job, go for it. But if you can't do a differential equation or explain biopoesis when they get to high school age, you're going to have a problem.
You know, if you're realizing you're not going to be able to afford to send them to college when they come of age, there are more honest ways of saying so than denying them an education that will allow them to pass the SATs.
If you are an american , read the first amendment to the Constitution
the very thing that gives you the right to believe what you want Prevents you from inflicting that belief on others.
if you want to live in a theocracy move to saudi arabia. but remember "allah akbar" and any other religion is forbidden.
You're, obviously, the product of home schooling.
Very poor PR move.
If you can afford to home school your children, go for it
Potato soup.
Religion is for church, not school.
