desktop backround wont chnage?
i try 2 chnage my backround by selecting a picture and click set as background. it stays the same. it is a solid blue colour. and i also go 2 contorl panal and browse same thing it stays the same. i made sure all the tabs are unchecked in the web thing and still the same its still blue! can someone plz help its windows btw

have you tried another picture?
Sometimes the background picture is actually pulled from a website. There is a tab in your display settings that says Web. If there is a website listed, deleted it and try to change the background again.
ok, right click on your desktop-properties and click on the tab which allows you to change the background. if u still cant do it, ask questions on answerbag.com - they might be able 2 help u.
