Some say yes and some say no? I have never heard anyone say no. The Bible, which follows Jesus life pretty closely from age 12 until the date of his resurrection, does not give any indication that He was anything other than a Virgin.
Jesus was to become the supreme sacrifice for the sin of mankind. Past, present and future. Jewish law put little significance in any sacrifice that was tainted in any way. The most perfect sacrifice was a lamb that had never been impregnated or in the case of a male lamb, never had sexual intercourse. Often a shepherd would attempt to give in sacrifice a lamb that was crippled or sick, and if this was determined by the High Priest, the man was punished and the sacrifice was refused.
In like manner, when Jesus was to become the perfect sacrifice for the sin of mankind, God would not have allowed His Son to be that sacrifice, if He had been defiled in any way. Jesus died a virgin.
