Diet pills are NOT the answer. To be completely honest with you, I wouldn't take them, and I'm also on the journey of weightloss. Many of the diet pills out there cause harm to your liver......so be careful! Best of luck!!
ps- one of my coworkers at work had to recently go to the hospital after taking Hydroxycut for about a year and turns out she has severe liver problems....so PLEASE don't take that pill. PLEASE!!
I am not a Doctor but I do know there is no safe quick fix for a problem that developed over time. Sure you could take diet pills to curb your appetite, but not eating is just as harmful as over eating if not more so. Anything that claims to be a miracle cure is nothing more the a modern day version of what was called snake oil which was sold out of the back of a covered wagon to unsuspecting saps back in the 1800's Rule of thumb "if it sounds to good to be true then it probably is."
Diet pills aren't healthy. I wouldn't suggest any of them. As long as you're eating healthy, getting exercise, the only thing I would say is to drink a lot of water and maybe taken some multivitamins.
eat 6 SMALL MEALS everyday. just small meals and NEVER ever EVER skip a meal.
see for example you wake up at 7am, you skip breakfast, and then at like maybe, 12pm, you eat your lunch. during lunch, you won't eat just lunch, you'll eat the amount of breakfast you we were supposed to eat at 7am, and eat the amount of lunch you were supposed to eat without skipping. so, basically, you eat twice as much at a time, and since your brain is going crazy because you've eaten only at that time since 7am, your body will need sugar. so, not only will you eat breakfast and lunch, you'll eat like, a piece of cake or something. so you're eating 3 times more than you would've eaten normally. and then here comes your snacks 3 hours later which is probably something fatty. so don't ever ever skip.
or what you can do is either 6 small meals or, go on a "Morning Banana Diet" (i think that's what it's called) it's popular in japan. you eat one banana during breakfast everyday. =) and EAT WELL during lunch have a balanced lunch or dinner and exercise. =) exercise is very good, it's the best =) even just once or twice a week is good =)
Using diet pills isn't really good for you. You should really see a doctor for help if you're trying to lose weight.
And stay away from Alli. This has the grossest side effects ever. You have to wear a pad as a diaper just to keep from staining your panties. They work by taking fat out of your diet, but they make you really sick if you eat fat. Talk about stupid. I took it for like a week and never again.
Don't take pills. Some work but they always have bad side-affects. Or ask your Doctor before taking anything. P.S. It takes a while for fat to respond when you do daily cardio exercise but in the long run its worth the wait.

I took Tetrazene ES-50 before.
I used these pills, along with diet and exercise, and went from 211 to 174 in three and a half months.

I use Zantrex.
I'm 14 and I weighed 165 when I started taking them. Now I'm 140.
I didn't have any side effects but some people say they did. Start out taking one instead of two to see how your body reacts to it.
