a. and c. --30 minutes aerobic excercise, are probaboly best with 1. (because you need some carbs for fuel in order to excercise). Complex carbs like whole grain breads and pastas are best.
b. 1 hour (distance but slow pace) is probably best with 2. dairy, fruits and vegetables because the workout is more mucles and endurance, than quick burning fuel excercise.
d. 30 minutes dancing is quick/aerobic but not heavy strength, probably mathc with 3--just fruits and vegetables. Fruits have natural sugar and energy but is easily burnt and both have vitamins and minerals for healthy diets.
The best way to lose weight is to eat a healthy, balanced diet, drink lots of water, and exercise regularly (shoot for 1 hr a day, 5 days a week). Cardio is great for fat/calorie burning...toning exercises are great for firming muscle which will help burn more calories even at rest.
Your exercise plans are okay...walking 30 mins should be very brisk and if you can walk 1 hr on a treadmill then why can't you devote 1 hr to walking around the village?
Treadmill put it at the fastest pace you can comfortably maintain. Its slowest pace is hardly a stroll and while burning some calories is better than none, you don't get optimum weight loss from a stroll versus a brisk walk.
Again with 30 mins cycling or 30 mins dancing, if you can do 1 hr on a treadmill then apparently you have at least 1 hr you can devote to exercise. Mix it up and do combinations of exercises you like, but do an hour a day. Walk, jog, bicycle, dance, buy some workout videos or DVDs...there are many options.
As for your eating plans, the first is high in carbs/sugar. You need more than that for a balanced diet. Where's the protein? Vitamins from veggies?
The dairy/meat/veggies plan needs some complex carbs added.
The fruit/veggies needs protein (meat or other protein).
A healthy diet doesn't leave out anything, but has a healthy balance of all the things or bodies need to run well...eat fruits, veggies, lean meats, complex carbs, healthy fats, and drink lots of water. Four - 6 meals a day is recommended, and don't let your calorie intake go below 1200 a day w/o a doc's okay).
Good luck!
I would choose the cycling or hip hop, as they are more enjoyable and will burn more calories. From what I've heard you burn double the normal calories for the next SIX hours after you've done 30 minutes of aerobic exercise. If you walk for an hour your metabolism doubles only for the next hour.
As for the diet, I personally would go for no. 1, because I'm vegetarian and tend to eat like that in any case: many small, light meals. But nutritionists would probably tell you that no 2 is more balanced.
It's hard to say how quickly you'll loose weight, but you should allow yourself at least 5 weeks for losing 10 pounds. It's not healthy losing weight any faster than that, and you will just put it back on.
Whatever you do, it's you mindset that is going to determine your success. If you think of exercise as punishment and a healthy diet as deprivation, it will never last. Think of them as enjoyable, and make it a life style.
For one thing, all the diets you have listed are not great. You need to have a balanced diet. Bread is the highest glycemic food there is (it converts to sugar), but a good source of grains, if it is not plain white bread. Your diet needs some carbs in it.
Exercise needs to be varied, at least 20-30 minutes at your target heart rate, minimum 5 days a week. Change "b" to 30 minutes at a medium setting and do all four in a week and vary your routine.
Include more fruits and veggies in your diet (5 servings per day), eat lean meats (2 per day, 4 oz. max) rice is fine (try the brown rice). Keep up with this and 10 pounds is not unreasonable in 2 weeks.
I'm stressed. If you learn the Bible greater than ANY Christian, you then must seek advice your self - sure? Some fundamental notes: a million. God does no longer make errors. two. His legislation defined within the OT are now not practiced for His possess cause. What that cause is concerns to not us. three. God is certainly unchanging. You have to be a literalist you probably have the translation you describe of this. I can also be unchanging and say something then yet another in a while. Just considering the fact that I say 2 matters does not imply I modified, it way I modified what I mentioned. four. The OT nonetheless comprises features of importance for finding out Christians. You'll observe that if you happen to boil each the OT and NT all the way down to effectively the "regulations," you'll have just a small choice of pages left. Think approximately what that suggests. What else does it include then? Now I'm stressed. For any person who has learn the Bible greater than ANY different Christian, you must recognize those matters. God bless and Merry Christmas
This sounds a lot like a homework question.. lol..anyway..this is what I think:
a. 3
b. 1
c. 2
d. 2

You can check that website out for your RMR, which is how many calories you will lose in a day without doing anything. That can help determine if you should be basing your diet on a 1600, 1800, 2000, 2400 (and so on) daily calorie intake. If you eat less than your RMR and exercise you will be losing weight just calculate how much calories burned..there are 3500 calories in a pound but if you eat too little you will lack the energy and wont be able to exercise. You need to be eating to be able to lose weight.
Doing it the proper way it would probably take someone who is 150 pounds to lose 10 pounds in about a month
for excercise-
do crunches
push ups
jump rope
work weights so your muscules dont get crazy when you are trying to lose weight! (important note- when doing dieting, make SURE you are weight training or then you will lose ALL of your muscule
do a mile run!
do a jog!
go on the tredmill!
i like your diet plan...but dont put too much pressure on yourself.
now, i am thinking you did some research about unhealthy foods to eat (hopefully). i will tell you some good things to eat-
wild salmon
brown rice
whole grain
fruits
veggies
and a really good snack if you are craving one is jamba juice. but, important note!!!- look in the catalog thing to ONLY get the fruit jamba because alll they do is put fruit and ice in a blender. or you can do a fruit smoothie yourself!
drink 8 glasses of water.
and if you are really overweight, ask a doctor about this, or if this is just a condition of losing 5 pounds, then i think your good. just dont give in, be confident, keep working out, stay strong, and dont even think to think about unhealthy foods like Jack In The Box.
this kinda plan has to depend on individual 's body.
some people can lose weight faster if they cut down on carbo...
hence, considering the diet plan you list out, it is veri healthy with the exercise except that you must at least take in carbo..
if you do so without carbo, which is the energy provider for all intercellular activites, you will have no energy for anithing...!
so eat as usual, but reduce the percentage of junk food aka unhealthy food and exercise!, if not take brisk walk everyday..
exercise at least 30minutes a day, be in you break down the working out time or do it in a shot, the objective will be reached.
make it a habit to maintain this exercise rate.....!
