I actually don't see the resemblance but maybe a closer view of you both next to each other would be a little more helpful. you would have to actually take the pic for these purposes, though since no one really has closeups of themselves.

In this pic, though, you don't appear to have any similarities. Your eye shapes are different, your cheekbone structures don't match and your noses appear different but that could just be the angle of you both in the pictures. However, at closer viewing, I think your chin/jawbone structures may be similar. Hard to tell from this distance though. But you're both cute girls and sometimes looking much different can be better.
