No I don't. No one can, the reason being that it has never happened.

Teachers, Lecturers, Policemen etc do a wonderful job under increasingly difficult circumstances.

If anyone needs their pension cut in the name of frugality, then we should start with the bankers and politicians.

Aren't we all too busy working to pay mortgage/rent + cost of living on a fairly basic salary with no tax-free perks or VAT-free practically everything, similar tax payments (difference being 100% of our income is taxed at source) in that we all give to the general pot and usually hold our grievances re application of resources of absolutely no direct benefit to us to ourselves (including supporting the non-pensioned private sector), not to mention supposedly "preparing" for just missing out on the 10-year allowance on pensions whilst supporting 3 on £14,000+?

Kinda makes you lose faith in the pollyticians and w..bankers - from pillars to pillories of society - not in one fell swoop but in the gradual accretion of greed - just look at the beefing-out faces.

Good point....People sometimes seem to forget this.But they sure are willing to call on these people when they need them.
