I wish I could draw these structures for you, but the easiest way to go about solving this problem is to begin at the end of the name you were given. For example - a) is butane which consists of four carbons in a straight chain. Once you have your carbons number them 1-4 and then on carbon 2 and on carbon 3 you will add CH3 groups. Complete the structure by adding in H's where ever carbon does not have four bonds. Prefixes such at bromo, and chloro simply mean to add either Br or Cl to that specific carbon.
