i’m 14. i’m a healthy weight

for the last year or so i have had TERRIBLE back pain. sometimes it even keeps me from sleeping.

it’s a dull pain all throughout my lower back, it feels like it needs to be popped constantly but i can’t pop it and neither can my friends.

when i move my hips if you put your ear on my lower back you can head a grinding sound & i can feel my bones grinding.

my parents won’t take me to the doctor so that’s out of the question.
