Elder Scrolls Skyrim Lag?
Hello,
I have the following computer specs:
Windows 7
8gb Ram
Radeon 6850
MSI-p67-g43
I5-2500k -Non Clocked
my pc surpasses the recommended requirements by a large margin but when I put the game on ultra graphics it will run smooth then every 5 seconds freeze then run smooth for 5 seconds and freeze again...is there a reason for this lag?

I don't have Skyrim (yet) but I did have this problem on Fallout New Vegas which runs on the same type of engine, also do you have it on Steam or from a disk? If you have it on Steam then I would recommend deleting some other games that you don't play much from your library or reinstall it, and if you have it on a disk, then I would recommend reinstalling it or running a defrag. If all else fails then try lowering your graphics settings from the game itself, because it is a very large and demanding game.
definite!! I searched this on the prompt, if you're taking area in on PS3? it really is a malicious program, the extra memory on the shop which of direction there'll be as you bypass extra in, the more serious the lag receives. i have been experiencing poor body price themes too. apparently they are engaged on a patch to variety it quickly although :)
