I work for a consulting Company. I was offered 83% of the clients billing rate on my employment offer. Now I got a project with a client. when I ask my employer to show the PO for the assignment he doesn't provide it and I think he is offering a low rate that that is billed to the client. What legal route should i take to get it resolved.
Update:My Offer letter is signed by my employer and by me!

your offer letter is just that an offer, unless you ave a written and signed employment contract he pretty much can change the rules when he wants
What does your written contract say? Does it include that your employer provide you with a copy of the billing statement to substantiate the commission?
You said you had an employment offer..........that's not a contract..........you do have a signed contract don't you..........
