I'm 14 years old, 5'4", and I weight about 105 lbs. I wouldn't say that I'm fat or overweight, but I do have a lot of excess fat around the lower part of my body, such as a thin layer of fat over my stomach and obliques, untoned legs, etc.
I'm quite self-conscious about my body, and I've been trying to make changes, but I don't have much patience to notice any visible difference as of late.
I've been cutting out a few junk foods from my diet, as well as drinking more water. I run 2-3 miles a day on the treadmill, do 100 crunches daily, and occasionally lift weights if time permits. Is there anything else that I should change/add for an ideal weight loss program?

sounds like your doing well anyway. the only thing i would say is run outside, its harder and much much more fun
doing 100 crunches wont burn the stomach fat tho, you can crunch all day and it wont shift it. try lifting more weights and maybe some different kind of cardio.
