Fax machine - weird problem?
My fax machine seems to work just fine for everyone except our secretary. She cannot send me just ONE page! Two pages goes through fine, but one page does not, even after waiting 10 minutes. I bought a new fax machine and have the same problem. If she hits "cancel" the single page seems to come through, but then she doesn't know if I got it. (Also changed the phone cord at the same time.) Anyone ever experience this?

Does she uses a "memory" setup or manual to send you the fax. if memory, maybe something is wrong.

Can someone else send you a single page fax from the same machine?
It is quite possible the problem is with the transmitting fax.
Check the setup menu in the machine. There may be something that needs to be unselected or selected. Say, you have a cover sheet setting selected. This would mean that a cover sheet and at least one other sheet should be sent and if there's not more than 1 sheet it might assume there's nothing to send. It's worth a check.
