I want to know how to get the normal Filament for Dr. Voltabolt's quest for the pet, but the NORMAL filament.
Update:I mean, HOW do I obtain the filament? battling someone? Going on a quest?

The filament can be obtained at the driller or soda machine in voltabolts. Enchanted filaments can be obtained at the dc shop for 45 dragon coin's
