I've tried everything possible to loose weight, but nothing has worked. I work out 4 times a week for 2 hours. I eat healthy and everything.
The only thing I haven't tried was the fruit and water diet. Has anyone tried it? If all I eat is fruit, water and work out would I lose any weight?
I have back rolls that look like boobs and a belly that looks like I'm pregnant.
Long story short: does the fruit and water diet work?

Depends. The problem is getting enough protein, and carbs in your diet. You need those! Let me prescribe a much better way to lose weight and i promise me and thousand of other body builder/fitness nuts will agree. You need to EAT! You need to be eating 5-6 times a day! or every 2-3 hours. Why you ask? Because when you go longer then 3 hours your body goes into starvation mode and stores as much fat as it can. It does this because its a survival process, fat is stored calories for a day when you dont have food which is why you can go 40 days without food. Because you have fat stored to keep your body running. Honestly just eat every 2-3 hours (healthy small meal) and that fat will fall off i promise. It wouldnt be bad to add speedwalking/running for 30 minutes every/everyother day. And a weight lifting program. Muscle eats calories, and the more muscle you have the more calories you burn everyday! Hope that helps! Please dont limit your food intake to the extremes such as this. Its not healthy!
I am a raw vegan, and i have lost 40 pounds (shooting for 80) and will go on just fruit and water for weeks at a time. just make sure you get enough carbs so your not hungry. bananas and dates are the best. and I drink about 5 liters of water daily.
