I want to go on a very strict diet because I have to be 145 - 150 in 30 days.. I am curently 169.4
I'm on a water fast for 3 days.. so far I lost 3 pounds.. but when I'm done this is my plan..
Fruits , dates and water , then gym.
38 days , how much can I lose . I dont care if its unhealthy

Low calories is all that matter. Too much water can actually be a weight gainer that's what some fighters do to put on weight for a short period of time. But run and drink about 8 cups of water a day. Lots of nutrients. Veggies can be better then fruit as well. Fruit is more sugary. Low carbs too. A little protein can keep you feeling full thought the day.

If you continue with this your body is going to go into starvation mode and hold onto the fat longer than if you just eat healthy. I learned this the hard way. If you are super concerned about losing that much weight than start juicing fruit and veggies. That way you aren't destroying your body. You will still get the nutrients you want. There is a lovely/motivating documentary on netflix called "Fat, Sick, and nearly dead" it is about a fat guy who does a juice fast for 60 days and loses over 100 pounds. Eating a lot of fruit (even though its healthy) will not necessarily help you lose weight because that is a lot of natural sugar. If you are going to pick a food to eat I would go with veggies. I went on a stick diet of juice in the morning. egg whites for snack. chicken breast and sweet potatoes for lunch, and turkey breast with green beans for dinner and I lost 3-4 pounds a week with also exercise. Do fasted cardio (before eating) because your body will burn up stored fat versus what you just ate. Also lift weights in the afternoon. Having more muscle helps the body naturally burn fat faster. I have lost a total of 150 pounds and now am competing in bikini competitions. Breaking the dirty habits are hard but just keep motivated and you can accomplish so much when it comes to fitness.
Eating only fruit will land you in the hospital. Eat a variety of foods, 1200 calories a day, exercise 30-50 minutes a day.
The fastest and healthiest way to lose weight is to increase your liver health, since the liver processes fat. If your liver is unhealthy you won't burn fat at the best rate possible and it will end up stored on your body even if you watch calories. If it is healthy you will be able to eat the foods you love and still lose weight without killing yourself in the gym. There are programs available that are designed to increase your liver health for faster weight loss.
Just drinking water isn't good. What your doing is destroying your body and not getting good nutrients. You need fruits and veggies. Not just water. Don't hesitate to drink milk. Water isn't helping in a good way.
