I have a 1995 F-150, I drive it from Caledonia to Union Grove Wisconsin on week days and little fishing trips on weekends. I just put in new air filter and a smaller one that goes under it, cleaned out the lines with a cleaner and then sea-foam, gas mileage went up a little bit but I want it to get as high as i can get it to go, so what can I do? engine-other stuff.

You can always put an air intake in it. Put some Synthetic Blend oil such as GTX. It costs a bit more than regular oil, but it lasts longer and gets some decent miles for a F-150. Change the plugs and wires in it (Tune Up) always gets better after one of those and runs good.
There is only so much you can do mechanically to improve the mileage on any vehicle. The single biggest factor in gas mileage on any vehicle is the driver so your driving habits are the best chances to improve your mileage versus adding a lot of add on components. Truth is physics can't be fooled by add ons. The truck weighs in at a certain amount, the engine is only capable of operation at any given RPM with a given amount of fuel and the terrain you drive on regulates to a large degree what the fuel use will be so the rest is up to the driver. On your truck, as on any other vehicle, the upper and lower limits of fuel mileage are, for the most part, engineered into its design so trying to push those limits with add on components isn't likely to worth what you'll pay for the components.
