So I've had these stomach aches come and go for a few years now, and I've seen the doctor a couple of times already.The problem seems to be that because of my "irregular" eating habits my stomach is now "messed" up, it's not that I have a eating disorder I just never eat at the same time. The doctor told me to take pepto bismol which worked for awhile and then the aches went away. But later they came back so he prescribed me medicine which I took and seem to work. Now they have come and gone for a couple of days. The pain is very intense and comes and goes, it's hurting right now. It's hard to describe so all I can say is it may have something to do with the gases in my stomach. The pains I think were caused by not eating at times and I think my stomach is damaged, anyone know what it could be? How to ease the pain? I am gonna go see the doctor again but I won't be able to see him for awhile. Any tips or advice is appreciated. Thanks and Happy Holidays!

I have this problem here are a few tips.
Never put ice in your drink. Its best to drink whatever you like to drink at room temperature or warmer.
Cold beverage or food tend to make you stomach shrink.
If ever you eat ice cream eat it very slowly and let it melt in your mouth before swallowing it.
Have yogurt. Yogurt contain good bacterias that help the digestive system.
You can make a ginger flavored drink by slicing a ginger root in hot water or drink ginger tea. Ginger is very soothing for the digestive system.
Eat you food slowly. If you have trouble eating breakfast or launch its ok to have a little snack later on in the morning or afternoon.
Just avoid not eating for a day and then having a huge supper because you feel hungry.

ummm just lay practiaclly all day & maybe put a cold wash rag over your stomach
Drink lots of fluids like 7-up or water
