no. its only in porn (fake) that girls drip all over the place.
we just wear underwear. it has a thin double lining in that area, and it absorbs any extra moisture.
and besides, we dont get randomly turned on and wet in public like guys do.. we aren't that simple minded. It takes some work... and I dont know about most people, but I dont usually get sexual in the store or watch porn while sitting at a restaurant so its not really a problem.
