this is my 2nd time n i really hate taking off n when the plane goes up or down my stomach feels awful n i have that dropping feeling. i hate rollercoasters so i dont like this. is it true if i lean back or forward while its going down it will get rid of the drop feeling. help with tips

The same thing happens to me. What I usually do is rest my head down on the armrest or just rest on my legs. It helps with the takeoff and landing. Also, like Traciann said it helps if you lean forward and hold your stomach.

Once the plane takes off you can open a window or emergency exit to let some air in, When you get in the air the plane usually crashes
