Green "layer" on my screen?
There's a green "layer" on the top of my screen, it's semi-transparent, it's above all other windows, and I'd guess that it has to do with the monitor itself, but do you guys have any idea what's causing this problem?

check that the cable is not loose, sometime one of the pins is not making contact correctly. Also check for magnetic interference. A magnet near the monitor will distort the color field.
Or one of the gun is misfiring, then it needs to be replace soon.
