Science is based on facts.Although many believe in a God,there is no proof that such a thing may or may not exist. Therefore, until proven wrong God not real.Scientifically nothing can be called a theory until after it's been proved true, until then it is just a hypothesis.
No it hasn't. The notion that science alone holds all the secrets of our existence has become a religion of its own… Science is the proper way to understand the natural, of course; but science gives us no reason to deny that there are aspects of human identity that fall outside the sphere of nature, and hence outside the sphere of science.
Metaphysical naturalism is the view that nature is reality and that there is no reality beyond the physical, natural world — no supernatural beings, no supernatural powers and no supernatural events. (Metaphysical naturalism is a position typically adopted by atheists as it does not either consider if there is anything beyond the physical.) Methodological naturalism is the basis of scientific work and is the process of assuming that natural explanations can be found for natural events. When operating under methodological naturalism, scientists act as if metaphysical naturalism is true without also asserting that it definitely is. Because of this, scientists today are aware that science itself is limited. Science is competent to answer questions about how matter behaves according to the laws of nature, but science is not competent to answer the question of whether or not the laws of nature have a Lawgiver.
It has, in a way. While it cannot disprove the concept of a being outside reality (or prove it either, for all you creationists), it assumes that he doesn't intervene at all in natural processes. This assumption, while not 100% justified, has proven to be useful in the endeavor of understanding the universe. In a reality where a god can manipulate observations and make entities behave erratically, science wouldn't have given us all it did, so it can be said that it ditched god, yeah.
As long as science limited itself to what could be observed and made no value judgments, it was just that Science. However, somewhere along the way, they determined all these processes "just happen" due to unseen "laws". Were they simply to state what's observable and leave it at that, no problem.
But enter the Richard Dawkinses of the world who make it their personal vendetta to disprove God. What's up with THAT?
Only people who know little about either claim it to be so.
Supposed Christians who claim that the world is 6,000 years old and supposed scientists who claim they can prove there is no God each do their calling a disservice.
All I can really say on this is that though many scientists much rather make a mockery out of the belief many of us have in God, Albert Einstein himself said that the more he studied the universe the more he believed in a higher power. God bless!
The physical sciences look for physical causes. That doesn't preclude the possibility that there might also be a divine hand at work behind the scenes; it just isn't the job of science to look for it.

If you are truly looking for an answer to your question I highly recommend that you read the book:
God's Undertaker: Has Science Buried God? by John C. Lennox
It's a must read for anyone remotely interested in a question like yours.

Science is false and God and Jesus Christ are real... Science is here to trick you into thinking theirs no God
