Just checked Fox TV Hell's Kitchen web sight and did not see anywhere you could watch the episode yet on-line. Maybe find a friend who recorded it on either TIVO or HDTV? P.S. Just saw that an encore presentation of the show will be shown just prior to next weeks new episode - so you can see it then if all else fails.

Fox is replaying last night's ep, next monday at 8 PM ET. Then they'll show the new episode at 9 PM.
Also, they have a myspace page set up to show episodes, but none have been posted as of yet...
