Ok I went shopping with my friends yesterday hoping to have a good time. we were goimg to hollister and abercrombie and pac sun and those are stores I never been to before! soI was excited to go! we got there and first we went to American eagle(ok ive been there) but no one got anything! then we headed to abercrombie I was shocked by the prices me and 2 others but my 3 other friends that went werent shocked at all so we thought we werent getting anything but then we saw the material in most shirts and it is extremley thin. how are you supposed to prevent holes and people seeing through your shirts. I wondered this at hollister and abercrombie so I didnt get anything because I didnt know why they would sell a worthless shirt like that for 40 bucks. I think its a rip off! so is it just the brand or is that material really awesome or something

It's just the brand name that is popular. You wouldn't want to shop there anyway, because everybody wears their clothes. If you buy something from Hollister or Abercrombie, I guarantee somebody already has it.
Tell your friends to go get some individuality.
its the brand name that is so awesome. i also think it is a rip off because i got a shirt there that ripped easily the first day i wore it. so i dont buy anything at hollister or A&F unless it is a sweater or a jacket. american eagle is so much better. i also prefer aeropostale because of the prices and its not a ripoff.
they are amazing stores! all my clothes are from there! thats the way the material is and honestly if u just wear a cami under the shirts nobody can see anything! there clothes are amazing though u shuld really buy something if u have the money. i have tanktops jeans shirts sweatshirts sweatpants sweaters jackets everythign!

you're supposed to wear cami's (or tank tops) under those thin shirts
I have plenty of them
but some girls at my school wear them without tank tops under - and it looks just plain trashy!
This is the reason why Hollister and A&F...cheap goods at over inflated prices and this is coming from someone who drops basically $200-500+ every weekend on clothes.
NEVER buy anything from abercrombie, unless it's worth it or you got tons of money

And just go to the cleareance section and things are about 10-20 bucks.

i dunno what mall u were at lol or maybe you're exaggerating. girls usually layer their shirts. tees and knits are especially cheap because of the winter clearance right now
